EMPLOYMENT

Minimum qualifications:

  • Experience working in disability support or aged care;
  • Proven history of reliability;
  • Strong self-directed work ethic;
  • Blue and Yellow cards (or ability to obtain them);
  • Current first aid certificate;
  • Certificate 3 or 4 in disability support, aged care (or equivalent);
  • Drivers license and a reliable, comprehensively insured car;
  • Computer literacy (desirable but not essential).
