Minimum qualifications:

Experience working in disability support or aged care;
Proven history of reliability;
Strong self-directed work ethic;
Blue and Yellow cards (or ability to obtain them);
Current first aid certificate;
Certificate 3 or 4 in disability support, aged care (or equivalent);
Drivers license and a reliable, comprehensively insured car;
Computer literacy (desirable but not essential).
